I was born in 1951 in Gorey, Co. Wexford, Ireland. My parents were Thomas (Tommy) Curran and Josie Sheehan. My father was born in 1907 in Kilmuckridge about 10 miles from Gorey. His father was also Thomas and was born in Lismore, Co. Waterford, Ireland in 1864 to Thomas Curreen and Catherine Condon.

Got no replys to my query but have found Johanna and David's records in the 1911 UK census (had to wait for Wales to become available). They both married in Aberdare, Glamorgan Wales Johanna Creen to John Condon in 1891 and David Curran to Annie O'Keeffe in 1905 - thankfully there are descendants, cousins, many of whom I have contacted, a pity I didn't get them 20 years ago.
1st rule of thumb talk to you parents and grandparents while you can !!!
